I just thought I’d take a moment and quickly mention one of my favorite little “hole-in-the-wall” restaurant: The Magic Wok. Admittedly, I don’t get to go there very often any more thanks to the slightly long driving distance from Texas to Colorado Springs. Either way, my family and I have been going there for years, and I always make sure to grab lunch at least once while I’m visiting. Their Curry Chicken, Shrimp in Lobster Sauce, and Egg Drop Soup are some of my favorites, however I do find myself always ordering Curry Chicken. One thing to remember though is that they aren’t the fastest place in town, so I wouldn’t go there when you only have a half-hour for lunch. So if your in the mood for some pretty decent Chinese food, then I ‘d run by Magic Wok, in the south-west corner of Circle and Constitution.
